FAQs
How long does it take to receive my watercolor?
You’ll receive a first preview within 24–48 hours. Once you approve it, I’ll send you the final high-resolution file right away.
Can I request changes to my artwork?
Of course! I’ll make as many adjustments as needed until you’re completely happy with the result.
Do you offer refunds?
My goal is your full satisfaction. If after revisions you’re still not happy, I offer a full money-back guarantee.
What kind of photos work best?
Clear, sharp photos with the subject visible and not cropped. The better the photo quality, the more detailed and faithful the watercolor will be.
What can I use the final file for?
Your watercolor comes as a high-resolution digital file. You can print it as wall art, but also use it for wedding invitations, greeting cards, T-shirts, mugs, or any personalized gift.
Do you paint the watercolors by hand or digitally?
Both! The artworks are created digitally in a watercolor style (which is why it’s so important to have a good-resolution photo to work with), but every artistic brushstroke is carefully done by hand. The final result is always a high-resolution digital file.
